Associate Director
Andy is an Associate Director at Maddox Planning, bringing over a decade of experience in development planning, with specialist knowledge in urban regeneration and coastal and marina planning.
Known for his strategic mindset and attention to detail, Andy has successfully delivered a broad mix of projects across London and the South East, including residential-led schemes, town centre regeneration, and infrastructure planning.
Prior to joining Maddox, Andy held senior roles at CBRE, Barton Willmore, Quod, and GL Hearn, building a diverse consultancy background and a strong understanding of both private and public sector planning needs. He is a commercially minded practitioner who thrives on complex projects and collaborative problem-solving.
Andy holds a Master’s degree in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England and a BSc in Geography from the University of Exeter. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
