Associate

Dylan is an Associate at Maddox Planning with experience across a wide range of asset classes and development types. Since joining the business in 2018, he has progressed from Planner to Associate, gaining exposure to all aspects of the planning process—from feasibility to delivery—on projects across London and beyond.

Dylan works across residential, mixed-use, education, and care sectors, with a strong focus on client service and strategic thinking. He has played a key role in securing planning permission for schemes that deliver positive social impact, including educational and supported housing developments.

 

He holds an MSc in Urban Design and City Planning from UCL and a BA in Geography from Coventry University. Dylan is a committed team player known for his professionalism, adaptability, and strong grounding in planning policy and design.
