Kiela Hogan
Planner
Kiela joins Maddox Planning as a Planner, bringing over four years’ experience in urban and regional planning across Ireland and Australia. Her background includes statutory planning, project management, planning reports and assessments, and the coordination of applications from feasibility through to submission and post-submission stages. Before joining Maddox Planning in June 2026, Kiela worked at BBC Consulting Planners in Sydney, Stephen Little & Associates in Dublin, and Glenveagh Properties PLC in Kildare. She has experience across residential, industrial and commercial projects, and holds an RTPI-accredited degree in Planning and Environmental Management from Technological University Dublin.
