THE PROPOSAL
The proposal is to redevelop the site to provide buildings ranging from one to seven storeys across sites A and B comprising 48 new homes and over 350sqm of commercial space at ground floor. This is combined with the provision of new landscaping and brand new commercial units along the High Road that will be suitable for occupation by a range of occupiers.
