Oliver Frost
Planner
Oliver is a Planner at Maddox Planning, bringing an architectural background and growing expertise in the planning system, particularly in residential development and site-specific design. He joined after completing a BSc in Architecture at the University of Reading and has practical experience across planning applications, client meetings and technical drawing. Before Maddox Planning, Oliver worked at HAC Designs, engaging with local authorities on permitted development rights, boundary constraints and planning approvals. He also gained early experience with Fowlers Architects, supporting site visits and planning-led design solutions, including listed buildings and environmentally sensitive sites.
