THE PROPOSAL
The proposal is to redevelop the site to provide a ten storey building comprising 281 high quality industrial kitchen modules on the upper floors and a spacious food court on the ground floor. This is combined with the provision of new landscaping and public realm. Servicing, deliveries and parking will take place on-site at the lower ground levels with access provided via Portal Way.
