Tara is an Associate at Maddox Planning with a strong track record of advising on residential and mixed-use developments across London. Her approach blends analytical rigour with a clear understanding of site potential and stakeholder priorities—skills honed through hands-on experience navigating sensitive urban sites and transforming complex briefs into deliverable schemes.

Since joining Maddox in 2019, Tara has progressed steadily through the business, thanks to her technical capability, collaborative nature, and attention to detail. She is known for her proactive client engagement and ability to support projects from inception to decision, including community-focused regeneration and brownfield land redevelopment.

Tara holds a Master of Planning (MPlan) degree from the University of Liverpool and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
