Maddox Planning is a commercially focused town planning consultancy advising on complex development projects.

We help developers, landowners, investors and private clients navigate planning risk, unlock development opportunities and secure consent. Our projects range from individual sites and urban developments to strategic land and policy-led promotion.

Planning is often presented as a technical process. In reality, it is a discipline built on judgement. Success depends on understanding policy, assessing risk, identifying opportunities and developing strategies that respond to commercial and planning realities.

As a relatively small practice, responsibility comes early. Members of our team are encouraged to engage directly with clients, contribute to strategy and play an active role in the projects they work on.
