Welcome to our public consultation on proposals to renovate and extend the office building at 41–47 Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, SW19 3TA, on behalf of Wimbledon Investment Property Limited.

The aim of the project is to improve and optimise the existing building to provide high-quality (Category A), modern office space that supports local businesses and contributes positively to Wimbledon Town Centre. Our proposals focus on upgrading the building while respecting its surroundings and enhancing the area for those who live, work, and visit nearby.

The scheme includes the removal of the current roof extension and the construction of a part two-storey and part three-storey extension, set back from the rear to reduce visual impact. Re-provided roof terraces, along with a green roof and solar panels, form part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental improvement.

Internally, the building will be comprehensively refurbished to improve energy efficiency and fire safety. New cycle parking and shower facilities will be introduced within the existing basement to encourage more sustainable travel choices. Externally, the building’s façade will be cleaned and enhanced to strengthen its appearance and reinforce its role as a prominent corner building within the local streetscape.
