
Jimmy Chan
Planner
Jimmy is a Planner at Maddox Planning, supporting clients across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. He brings a research-led, detail-oriented approach to planning, combining technical analysis with an understanding of how planning policy and urban design interact to shape successful places.
Before joining Maddox in 2024, Jimmy gained experience as a planner at Westbournes, delivering projects across England, and as a research assistant at The Bartlett, UCL’s Faculty of the Built Environment. His work has included everything from feasibility assessments and community engagement to policy review and committee support.
Jimmy holds an MSc in Spatial Planning and a BA in Geography from University College London (UCL). He is a Licentiate Member of the RTPI and is committed to planning that promotes inclusivity, sustainability, and long-term impact.
