LAMORNA, DARTMOUTH PARK

Welcome to the project page for a proposed residential development by HGG London at Lamorna, Dartmouth Park. A planning application was submitted to Camden Council in March 2025 (Ref: 2025/1375/P) and remains under consideration. Since the original submission, the applicant has made a number of positive design changes in response to feedback from planning officers and the local community. These revisions are reflected in the updated plans and associated documents, including the Design and Access Statement Addendum (July 2025).

The proposal seeks to deliver a five-storey, sustainable residential building that makes efficient use of an underused brownfield site. In response to updated flood-risk data and neighbour comments, the basement level has been removed.

The internal layout has been reworked to retain a strong mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, each with private outdoor space, while updates to the building’s façade and balcony detailing improve its relationship with surrounding properties. Relocated cycle storage and clarifications on the rear façade also form part of the revised scheme.
