Senior Planner

Ollie is a Senior Planner at Maddox Planning, delivering planning advice and project support across a range of residential and mixed-use developments. With a clear understanding of both public and private sector priorities, he brings well-rounded insight to each stage of the planning process—from site appraisal and policy analysis to committee presentation and post-permission delivery.

Before joining Maddox in 2023, Ollie gained valuable consultancy experience at Geraint John Planning in Cardiff, working on schemes across Wales and the South West. His work is characterised by a pragmatic, client-focused approach and strong communication skills that help drive forward successful outcomes.

Ollie holds a BSc in Human Geography and Planning from Cardiff University. He is committed to sustainable placemaking and known for his reliability, responsiveness, and collaborative mindset.
