Sam is a Senior Planner at Maddox Planning with experience in both the public and private sectors. He is involved in a range of residential and mixed-use projects, providing clients with clear, commercially focused advice grounded in planning policy and real-world delivery.

Since joining Maddox in 2024, Sam has been recognised for his ability to navigate complex planning issues, building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders alike.

Before moving into consultancy, he worked at Richmond and Wandsworth Councils, giving him valuable insight into local authority processes and decision-making.

Sam holds an MSc in Spatial Planning and Development from Cardiff University and a BA in Geography from the University of Leicester. He brings enthusiasm, clarity, and a collaborative spirit to every project he supports.
