Anthony Frendo
Planning Director
Anthony is a Planning Director with particular expertise in mixed-use and residential-led development, including projects in Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. His work combines commercial awareness, planning strategy and collaborative project leadership. Before joining Maddox Planning in 2022, Anthony spent eight years at Savills, progressing to Associate Director. He has more than 14 years’ experience and brings a strong consultancy background across both public and private sector planning work. Anthony is a member of the RTPI.
