Anthony Frendo
Planning Director
Anthony is a Planning Director with more than 14 years’ experience across private and public sector planning work. He has particular expertise in mixed-use and residential-led development, including projects in Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea, and advises clients on planning strategy from the early stages of a project through to determination and delivery.
His approach combines commercial awareness with a detailed understanding of the planning process and the practical requirements of complex development projects. Anthony works closely with clients, design teams and other advisers to establish clear planning strategies, manage risk and maintain momentum through the application process.
Before joining Maddox Planning in 2022, Anthony spent eight years at Savills, progressing to Associate Director. That experience gave him a strong consultancy background and extensive exposure to major development projects in London. He is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
