Colin is a Consultant to Maddox Planning, bringing 30 years’ experience in general planning practice, with particular expertise in development control and development management. His background combines 15 years in local authority planning, rising to senior managerial level, with 15 years in consultancy. Colin has a broad understanding of planning policy and extensive experience analysing, interpreting and communicating complex planning issues at local level. He has strong presentation skills and is known for his practical judgement, professionalism and client-focused approach, helping to deliver successful outcomes across a wide range of planning matters.
