Jimmy Chan
Senior Planner
Jimmy is a Senior Planner at Maddox Planning, supporting clients across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. He brings a research-led and detail-oriented approach, combining technical analysis with an understanding of how planning policy and urban design shape successful places. Before joining Maddox Planning in 2024, Jimmy gained experience at Westbournes and as a research assistant at The Bartlett, UCL’s Faculty of the Built Environment. His work spans feasibility assessment, community engagement, policy review and committee support. He holds an MSc in Spatial Planning and a BA in Geography from University College London and is a Member of the RTPI.
