Planner
Kiela is a Planner at Maddox Planning, bringing more than four years’ experience in urban and regional planning across Ireland and Australia. She has worked across residential, industrial and commercial development, with experience spanning statutory planning, project management, planning reports and assessments, and the coordination of applications from feasibility through to submission and post-submission stages.
Her experience across different planning systems has given her a broad understanding of how development proposals need to respond to policy, technical considerations and local context. Kiela works closely with clients, project teams and other consultants to coordinate planning inputs, identify issues early and help progress applications through the planning process.
Before joining Maddox Planning in June 2026, Kiela worked at BBC Consulting Planners in Sydney, Stephen Little & Associates in Dublin, and Glenveagh Properties PLC in Kildare. This combination of consultancy and developer-side experience has given her exposure to projects from different perspectives. She holds an RTPI-accredited degree in Planning and Environmental Management from Technological University Dublin.
