Mike Kiely
Consultant
Mike is a Consultant to Maddox Planning, bringing extensive senior-level experience across local government, consultancy and national planning policy. A Chartered Town Planner and MBA-qualified manager, he began his planning career with the GLC in 1974 and later served as Head of Planning at LB Croydon until 2015. Mike has delivered major housing, growth and regeneration projects, with award-winning work recognised nationally. He now advises across the public sector, supporting authorities to achieve more effective planning outcomes. He is a former President of the Planning Officers Society and remains an influential voice in UK planning.
