Oliver Frost
Planner
Oliver is a Planner at Maddox Planning, bringing an architectural background alongside his developing expertise in the planning system. He works across residential and other development projects, supporting planning applications, site appraisal and project coordination, with a particular interest in the relationship between planning strategy, site constraints and design.
His architectural training gives him a strong understanding of how planning considerations influence the physical development of a site. Oliver works with clients, consultants and local authorities through different stages of the planning process and has practical experience of technical drawing, client meetings and the preparation and progression of planning applications.
Before joining Maddox Planning, Oliver worked at HAC Designs, where he engaged with local authorities on permitted development rights, boundary constraints and planning approvals. He also gained experience with Fowlers Architects, supporting site visits and planning-led design work, including projects involving listed buildings and environmentally sensitive sites. He holds a BSc in Architecture from the University of Reading.
