Associate
Ollie is an Associate at Maddox Planning, providing planning advice and project support across residential and mixed-use developments. He brings insight into public and private sector priorities, with experience spanning appraisal, policy analysis, committee presentation and post-permission delivery. Before joining Maddox Planning in 2023, Ollie gained consultancy experience at Geraint John Planning in Cardiff, working on schemes across Wales and the South West. He holds a BSc in Human Geography and Planning from Cardiff University and is known for his pragmatic, responsive and collaborative approach.
