Associate
Ollie is an Associate at Maddox Planning, providing planning advice across residential and mixed-use development projects. His experience spans the full planning process, from early appraisal and policy analysis through to application strategy, committee presentation and post-permission delivery, giving him a broad understanding of the issues that shape development at different stages.
He brings experience of both public and private sector priorities and works closely with clients, design teams and other advisers to help move projects through the planning process. His approach is pragmatic and collaborative, with a particular emphasis on clear advice, responsiveness and resolving issues as they emerge.
Before joining Maddox Planning in 2023, Ollie worked at Geraint John Planning in Cardiff, advising on schemes across Wales and the South West. That experience gave him a strong grounding in consultancy and a varied exposure to development projects in different planning contexts. He holds a BSc in Human Geography and Planning from Cardiff University.
