Senior Planner
Will is a Senior Planner at Maddox Planning and a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, with experience across the UK and New Zealand. He has worked on a wide range of development projects, from urban proposals in London to complex resource consent applications overseas, giving him a broad understanding of different planning systems and development contexts.
He began his career at the London Borough of Bromley, where he gained experience across both plan-making and development management. That public sector background, combined with his subsequent consultancy experience, gives Will a strong understanding of how planning policy is developed, interpreted and applied in practice.
Will brings an analytical and collaborative approach to projects, with a particular interest in sustainable development and high-quality placemaking. He holds a Master’s degree in Spatial Planning and Development from Cardiff University and a BA in Human Geography from Queen Mary University of London.
