Maddox Planning advises schools, education providers and specialist institutions where operational need, public benefit, design quality and planning policy need to be carefully balanced.
Education schemes often raise issues around constrained campuses, Green Belt land, heritage, transport, neighbour amenity, safeguarding and community use. Our role is to build a clear planning case that explains why the facilities are needed, how impacts will be managed, and how the proposal supports long-term educational provision.
