Blount Street, Tower Hamlets
Maddox led the planning strategy and appeal for student accommodation at Blount Street after the Council refused permission. By demonstrating its contribution to wider housing needs, we secured an allowed appeal and permission for the proposed development in Tower Hamlets.

Cow Green, Halifax
Maddox led the planning process for 122 rental homes at Cow Green, from pre-application through to determination, addressing design, heritage and viability together. The Council accepted the viability case and granted permission for the scheme, supporting the regeneration of an underused Halifax town centre site.
